The OpenTable Top 100 Hot Spot Restaurant list is a result of the collective opinions of more than five million reviews submitted by verified OpenTable guests for more than 19,000 restaurants in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The list is part of OpenTable’s Diners’ Choice ratings, which are compilations of member reviews organized into “Best Of” lists. Diners’ Choice ratings only use feedback from guests who were “seated” for their reservation (as opposed to those who didn’t show), and the data is continuously refreshed for unbiased feedback.
