Executive Chef Santa Monica
Executive Chef Daniel Tiger is seasoned in orchestrating custom menus. Daniel’s love for cooking initially surfaced at a young age in the kitchen with his mother. After spending his high school years scouring library books for new cooking recipes, Daniel decided to enroll in Orange Coast Community College to study culinary arts. His career began at a small Orange County café, and over the years he honed his culinary skills working in an array of kitchens across Southern California. In 2008, he joined Sullivan’s Steakhouse, another Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group concept. In 2011, Daniel relocated to Boston, where he served as sous chef for Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House. He finally returned to Southern California to join Del Frisco’s Grille as executive chef.
